Is AutoRemindPro really free?
Yes. The Free plan gives you one vehicle with email reminders plus Bin-Day alerts, forever. No credit card needed. You only pay if you choose to upgrade for more vehicles or extra channels like SMS and WhatsApp.
What does AutoRemindPro track?
Vehicles: MOT and road tax (via DVLA), service history with invoice photo scanning, and finance agreements (PCP, HP, Contract Hire). Home: bin collection schedules with weekly/fortnightly rotation. We are adding boiler servicing, home insurance, and utility contract reminders soon.
Where do you get MOT and tax dates?
We use the official DVLA vehicle enquiry service. When you enter your registration number, we pull your MOT expiry, tax status, make, model, and colour directly from the government database.
How do Bin-Day reminders work?
You tell us your collection day, add your bin types (weekly or fortnightly), and pick which week you are on. We email you the day before your collection telling you exactly which bins to put out.
Can I track vehicle finance?
Yes. Add your PCP, Hire Purchase, or Contract Hire details and we will remind you at 12, 6, 3, and 1 month before your agreement ends. The mileage tracker compares your actual miles against your annual allowance. Pro users can also estimate their equity.
Can I track more than one vehicle?
Yes. The Free plan covers one vehicle. Essential lets you add up to three, and Pro gives you up to ten — perfect for families or small fleets.
Is my data safe?
Absolutely. We use Supabase with row-level security, and all data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We are GDPR-compliant and you can delete your account and all data at any time from Settings.
